Welcome to The Mediation Institute
Mediation is being recognized more and more as a successful mechanism for resolving conflict. Mediation offers all parties an opportunity to resolve their conflicts and disputes prior to taking or continuing costly legal action. In mediation, disputes are managed in a more private setting and in a way that is much more economical and much less time consuming and stressful.
The Mediation Institute offers a full range of conflict resolution services utilizing qualified Oklahoma court approved mediators for clients seeking creative solutions to business, workplace, family, divorce matters, civil and commercial conflicts.
The Mediation Institute is one of the only mediation facilities in the state with offices in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City. Our reach extends to outlying counties and we have multiple mediators for convenient scheduling options locally and nationwide.
In addition to a full time mediation practice, the Institute hosts Mediation Training Classes to train professionals in mediation and conflict resolution skills. The Mediation Institute is the primary location for mediation training in the state of Oklahoma and mediation courses are available in Tulsa and Oklahoma City every quarter.
Our mediators are qualified and listed as court approved mediators in the state of Oklahoma and are all active members of The Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR). ACR is the nation's largest professional association for mediators, arbitrators, educators and other conflict resolution practitioners.
